Lan Na Kingdom was a state present in northern Thailand from 13th to 18th centuries. Lan Na was the main rival of Ayutthaya Kingdom. Later the Kingdom was annexed by Siam Kingdom and result to become the actual Thailand.



Chiang Mai – Doi Ang Khang

Our journey begins by visiting Doi Pui a charming Mong village and its viewpoint on Doi Suthep mountain. We across forests to Chiang Dao for the lunch break and wrap up to Doi Ang Khang hotel in the end of the day.


Doi Ang Khang – Chiang Rai

We start our day by visiting Tha Ton temple. We make a tour at Wat Rong Khun, the unique White temple of Thailand and Ban Dam temple, a famous Chinese temple. We have lunch in a tea field in Chiang Rai. We take some relaxing time at the Khun Korn waterfall. Finally, onward to the hotel after this beautiful day.


Chiang Rai – Golden Triangle – Chiang Khong

First, some sightseeing of the tea fields in Doi Mae Salong. Then, lunch break in Mae Sai followed by a visit of the “Hall of Opium” museum. We keep riding on, following of the Mekong river into the Golden Triangle. We finish our day in Chiang Khong.


Chiang Khong – Phu Chi Fah

This day begins with a boat trip on the Mekong river, admiring the natural Thailand/Laos border. We ride along the mountain roads to Doi Pha Thang. Lunch at a local restaurant. We end the day’s trip in Phu Chi Fah.


Phu Chi Fah – Bo Kluea

At dawn, we start a hike in Phu Chi Fah and walk to its summit to admire the most beautiful sunrise of all Thailand. We then make our way back to the hotel for breakfast. We hit the road and stop at Phu Langka for lunch. We head for our hotel in Bo Kluea in the end of the day.


Bo Kluea – Phrae

After the breakfast, we leave Bor Glua town, we head for Nan city where we have our lunch break. We then visit the extraordinary Pha Nang Koy cave. Our day ends up at the hotel in Phrae.


Phrae – Chiang Mai

For the last day tour, we hit the road to the amazing Phra That In Kuen temple in Phrae province. We then stop in Lampang for lunch, also called the “Horse carriage city”. We finish our fantastic journey at our office in Chiang Mai.

What is prohibited ?

Drinking alcohol during the road trip is absolutely unauthorized.
Failure to wear a helmet is strictly prohibited.
Make racing or racing start, driving on the back wheel, failing to comply with safety spaces between vehicles etc. are all prohibited by En Route Bikers.
If one of these conditions are not respected, this will result in the direct exclusion of the participant from the trip and En Route Bikers shall decline all rembursement.
